LUMIERE'S CINEMA CLUB 

Children's Cinema: Every Sunday at 11 am: San Jose del Cabo City Theatre

International Art Cinema: Every Sunday at 8 pm in Cabo San Lucas, Natural History Museum, Plaza Amelia Wilkes and every Wednesday at 8 pm at San Jose del Cabo's City theater.

Yo Reciclo, Liga MAC, and the Los Cabos Humane Society have information and sales booths at the San Jose Organic Market each Saturday from 9 am to 2:30 pm at Huerta Maria, on the Los Animas Road behind downtown San Jose. Pet adoptions are also available. For a map, or to participate as a non-profit association, visit www.sanjomo.com (spell address) And you can also find Liga MAC, Yo Reciclo, and the Los Cabos Humane Society at the Palmilla Farmers Market each Friday from 9 am to 1 pm at the Shoppes de Palmilla.

GART, that's Grupo Apoyo Ray Thomas, along with the the women and children's shelter Refugio del Amor A.C. have booths at the Cabo San Lucas Organic Market each Saturday. Hours are 7:30 to 12:30 pm and the market is also open Wednesdays. It's located at Spa Mar Adentro on Camino del Colegio, off the road to Sunset Beach. For more information call 172 0129.

Cabo Kidz Museo A.C.'s Cooking Workshop for kids ages 7-12, hosted by the One and Only Palmilla is Saturday January 30. Kids will learn from the chefs at the Palmilla's Market Restaurant how to make and decorate their own cookies. 3 classes are available for just 10 children each: 12 PM, 1 PM and 2 PM on Saturday January 30. Price is $100 pesos per child.

The Los Cabos Children's Foundation invites you to a five-day guided tour to the colonial towns of San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato this January 27 to 31 to benefit the Spirit of Joy Children's Cancer Project. Organized and guided by LCCF volunteers Luis Herrera and Gay Thatcher, you will see the culture and hear the history with every step while savoring gourmet local cuisine and fine boutique hotels.
